My Filipino breakfast will drive away vampires
Here's a typical breakfast I had on my recent trip to the Philippines.
Fresh mangoes, fresh pineapple, corned beef hash (made the typical Filipino way with garlic, tomatoes, and onions), garlicky longganisa sausage, and sinangag - garlic fried rice. (Not shown: Pan de sal - small, soft bread rolls, and kalamansi juice - similar to a lemonade but less pulpy) YUM!
PS: Note the spoons. Filipinos use spoons for eating rice and other food aside from soup. It's a great idea that I can't figure out why the rest of the world hasn't adopted.
